"I am writing to inform you that your agent, Claudia Stallings should be commended. We were originally from Naples, FL and had come to Maryville, TN on a weekend hunt for real estate. We were on a mission to purchase a home in two days, believe it or not! The original agent we had knew absolutely nothing about the area, yet had us "held captive" for eight hours with no results. After leaving that Realtor, my husband and I went to a restaurant and got a cup of coffee. As we sat there devastated that we hadn't found anything and were leaving the next day, the thought occurred to me to call a "well known real estate company"...That was Coldwell Banker.
